Issuing tardy or violation passes using PerfectPass is a user friendly process that will save you time.

First scan a student ID or use manual look up to find the student.

Simply click the “Create Incident” button located on the Students screen.

You can then select an incident from a list such as “tardy to school” or “cell phone violation” etc.

Your school rules will be followed, if a 3rd tardy requires a lunch detention at your campus, you can choose to have the student auto-assigned to the next available detention spot, or you can elect to manually choose a meeting time.

A school pass, warning, or detention slip will then be printed from a desktop or handheld pass printer.
